Yeah I'll get a new PSU aswell if it's necessary, although I can't really stretch my budget over £120. I've done some quick searching and saw a 500w PSU for £45 but I honestly don't what would be the best value GPU for my pricerange. Any ideas?

I would recommend at least the HD5770 for 1080p;

And it would be a very good idea to stretch your budget slightly for a GTX 460;

The GTX 460 is the way to go if you can afford it. It will make a real difference at your resolution and is the best choice for the money. For reference at high resolutions the HD5770 is approximately 15% faster than the HD5750 on average while the GTX 460 768mb is approximately 40% faster(and can overclock a very large amount on top of that.)
