Looking for a better motherboard and DDR4 RAM. Not sure what to buy....

I am thinking on upgrading my motherboard and my ram to DDR4, thing is i cant really decide which one to buy.

Can you suggest some RAM sticks and a good motherboard?
I had my eye on the Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB 3000Mhz (2x16GB) and the Asus Maximus IX Formula but just not sure if there are any alternatives.
I have been thinking of overcloking my CPU and GPU.


So this is my setup:
CPU: I7 6700K
GPU: Gigabyte Gaming G1 1080
RAM: Hyper X 2x16GB (1600Mhz) CL 9 DDR3
Powersupply: EVGA Supernova 850G2 Gold edition
HDD: 1 TB WD Blue
1. SSD: Samsung 950 Evo 256Gb NmVe M.2(Just the operating system)
2. SSD: Samsung 850 Pro 256Gb(Games and such)
Motherboard: Asus Z170-P D3
CPU cooler: Noctua NH D15
Case: Phantecs Enthoo Pro

Periferals:

Speakers: M-Audio AV32
Headset: Kingston HyperX Cloud 2
Mouse: Logitech G502

A nearly $400 MB isn't necessary especially if you aren't trying to do a custom loop liquid cooling system and squeeze all the Mhz possible out of OCing the CPU.

Asus MAXIMUS IX HERO or the Asus MAXIMUS IX CODE if you want integrated Wifi would do just fine.
