Question Looking for a bluetooth adapter

I use a standalone Sirius XM radio in my work van, I'm looking for a bluetooth adapter to plug into it so I can use my bluetooth headphones, does a adptar excise? I've seen the adapters that you can plug into a stereo so its compatible for bluetooth so that your phone can connect to it but that's not what I'm looking for. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated!

If this radio has an audio out jack, you can get a bluetooth connection for it. You need a bluetooth transmitter, or a combo transmitter/receiver.
