looking for a Budget cpu cooler

I need a cpu cooler that will keep my i7-4770 cool while having turbo turned on, my price range is about 40-50 euro's. If anyone could help me out that would be great. I was thinking the cryorig H7

What are the average temps you get? Also what is your cpu?

The stock cooler should be fine for an i7 4770. Max temp is 100c before throttling, and even running in the 80's will not cause any harm or degrade performance.

If I were to get an aftermarket cooler for it, I would not spend more than the ~$20 or so for a Cryorig M9i. A cooler like the H7 would be massive overkill and those funds probably put to better use elsewhere.

I don't have the stock cooler. This cpu came out of a prebuilt system and has a not so good cooler. Under load it can get up to 90+ degrees

If you're not having any issues, it probably wouldn't hurt to just leave it alone, but replacing the cooler would probably cut down on noise.
