Looking for a budget friendly motherboard!

Im currently looking for a cheap motherboard that can support AMD FX 8350 without throttle or getting too hot. I do have one requirement is that it needs to have usb 3.0 header. My budget is 100 dollars . TY FOR HELPING!!!
