Looking for a budget gaming pc

Hi, I’m thinking of buying a gaming pc and have a low budget of £400, £500 at a push. I need something that can run well on new games and things like twitch streaming. I have seen two good ones. The first one is

I also need to know if there is any difference between the cyber power paragon and armada. I would preferably like to build a pc myself as I’ve always wanted to. But I’ll go for any pc that does the job. Please tell me of the ups AND downs of the pc. Thanks for any response.
