I am not looking for super high end gpu. My cpu is 5year old i5 4690/k which I don't want to upgrade and just broke my 1fan in my gpu last week so it's time to change it I think. For side note I barely get 40-50fps in mid low setting in triple a games and I will be fine with 1080p 60fps. . So I got confused between 5500xt/1660/1660ti/5600xt/2060. I guess 2060 will bottleneck my cpu so i was looking for suggestion..
Games I mostly play- rdr2, gta5, witcher 3 and will be playing cyberpunk for sure.. Any help will be really appreciated..

What GPU were you using?
Were you monitoring CPU/GPU/RAM utilization at the time?

With the titles you list, they're fairly CPU dependent titles... so your 4690K (or is it a non-K?) will probably limit you anyway.

Out of the GPUs you list, you're in the right ballpark, but that is quite the spread in terms of pricing.
A 5500XT can be had for as low as ~$180, through to a 2060 which can set you back >$300.

Without knowing what you're coming from, it's a little tough to really give you a recommendation.
To explain:
a 5500XT would pair pretty well with a 4690K, it's not a whole lot faster than an RX580 in a lot of cases.
Then consider an RX580 is basically a RX480, and performs in the same ballpark as a 1060, which performs in the same...

Then consider an RX580 is basically a RX480, and performs in the same ballpark as a 1060, which performs in the same general ballpark as a 970/780TI or AMD equivalents (290/290X, 390/390X)

So, while a 5500XT is a nice pairing, if you're 'upgrading' from a GTX970 or R9 390, it's probably not going to feel like a substantial upgrade.

I'm upgrading from r9 270x.
Yes I used to monitor my gpu cpu ram utilizations my cpu gets bottleneck in almost every city in triple a game). My cpu is non K I can't upgrade my cpu nor I want to since I'm little tight on budget and changing cpu means changing mb ram so it's not an option for me.
I would like to go for 5500xt as u said there but 5500xt and 1660 super almost same price In my country (India)
