Looking for a budget monitor

Hi, I am a web developer looking for a 20 inch monitor to use to work with things like Photoshop, use a text editor (like Notepad++ or Sublime Text) watch Netflix and work with/view websites in general.

I was looking at AOC but am not sure if they are any good.

My budget is around or under $150.
