Looking For a Budget Motherboard

Okay so I have a computer that I'm looking to get a new motherboard because most of the USB and now some of the auxilary ports have stopped working. My budget is about $50-65 and I need a 1155 socket I think for the CPU and 4 DIMM. I also have a Geforce GTX 650 SC 2gb GDDR5 so make sure that that would be compatible. Micro ATX is okay but if you can find a regular ATX board that would be great.

before you buy new check with your mb vendor see if the motherboard under warranty some have 3-5 year warranties on them. use parts picker put in intel 1155 chipset and you get all the mb that are new out there.
