The build will not be final until december and these build are from 2 different months

the requirements is gaming with 2 hard drives and possible future crossfire with i5 2500k

Both builds are pretty good. The second build would be a good improvement for gaming performance.

The Vengeance RAM has tall heatspreaders which are unnecessary and are likely to cause compatibility issues with aftermarket CPU coolers, if you ever decided to install one. So if I was you I'd find a set without tall heatspreaders; there are Vengeance Low Profile sets for instance:

The Antec Earthwatts Green 650W is a good PSU, but it doesn't have enough hardwired PCIe connectors for two 6870s. So you would have to use adapters - which are likely to come with the card(s).

If you don't want to use adapters then this is the cheapest high quality option I could see:

Was also wondering if anyone know if this heat sink would have problems fitting into the rosewill chanllenger case....

The Hyper 212 Plus is fairly narrow at 77mm, so it is a possibility, but perhaps not that likely to prevent the installation of RAM in the slots closest to the CPU socket. I would still however prefer to go with a set of RAM without tall heatspreaders.

The Rosewill Challenger is compatible with CPU coolers up to 160mm in height, the Hyper 212 Plus is 158mm. So yes it should fit.

There is an update of the Hyper 212 Plus called the Hyper 212 Evo. Which is slightly lighter, has an improved base and a slightly better fan, in that it is quieter at its slowest speed, compared to the one on the Plus, but can push more air at its highest speed. Maybe you want to consider that.

Hmmmm i never knew that might have to look it up might even after to get a bigger case with all this.
