I am currently interning at a company in Michigan and have been given a task of finding a card reader for a lot of old cards here at the company. The dates on the card go back about 10 years. The manufacturer that the company received the cards from has not been answering my emails. I was looking at some cheap all-in-one card readers on Amazon and was wondering if they might work. Any assistance with helping me find a card reader for these would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like an ATA flash card for the PCMCIA interface. There's USB readers out there, some are kind of overpriced (https://www.amazon.com/Addonics-AEPUDDU-Pocket-Ultra-DigiDrive/dp/B00006L318), but I'm sure you can find some cheaper readers by googling around.
