Looking for a case fan that will not be too loud at 100%.

Like title says I am looking for a case fan that's quiet. This fan will be connected to the psu directly because I ran out of pins on the motherboard, I tried a 2000 RPM fan directly connected to the psu and it was very loud. Can you guys suggest a fan that does what I need? Thanks.

I have three Noctua NF-F12 fans and they came with low noise adapters that bring the rpms down. With them attached, I believe they max out at 1200 rpm.

You might also look into getting a splitter to connect two fans to one fan header. That would let you plug them all into the motherboard.
