Looking for a case that's less than 18in long

I'm looking for a case less than 150$ that is 18in between the feet or less long because i am putting it on my desk and it's short and i want these requirement
-atleast 190mm psu length support
-fits an ek predator 240 (about 293mm or 298mm i think and is 68mm thick) or ill take a nzxt kraken x61
-atx mobo support if possible but i can go with a matx
-has a window (that doesnt only shows cpu socket)
-does not look too plain or ugly (a corsair obsidian is not plain for me) (no nzxt phantoms please because i have a alienware aurora and i'm tired of looking at a case shaped like that)
-fits 2 gtx 980ti
i was looking at a noctis 450 but i'm not sure if it will fit

If you're looking for a matx system that can yet house watercooling and dual GPU's, might want to look into Project mATX but I'm skeptical if you'll be able to fit air cooled GPU's in that chassis...?

Another suggestion is a Corsair 350D. You might have a hard time with a Coolermaster N200+EK predator 240 but a small mod could take care of that for you.
