I have a 360mm x 280mm motherboard that I'm going to use in a workstation/gaming build. Obviously it's rather large and doesn't really fit any standard form factor, so I havnt been able to find any cases that it will fit it. Does anyone know anything that will work? I'm willing to drill new holes to fit the motherboard onto, and I'm even open to doing some light case modding to get it to fit. Thanks in advance!

Yep, that's a workstation board. Almost certainly it's proprietary and will likely only fit the chassis it was designed to fit without some kind of major modifications to any standard chassis. You are very unlikely to find any existing standard ATX desktop chassis that will work with the I/O configuration on that board. Possibly a XL ATX or U-ATX chassis could be modified to work, but without taking some measurements and comparing it's hard to say.
I think the model number is 461439-001. It was taken from an HP Z600 Workstation. The specs seem fairly well documented except for the form factor...

You might find the experience of this guy and the larger Z800 model helpful.

You need an HPTX format case.

It is a server motherboard adapted only slightly to fit into HP’s proprietary case with HP’s proprietary power supply and cooling system.

It will not fit an EATX tower case. The mounting screws will not mate with any of the ATX holes in a motherboard tray. The large ATX power connector is non-standard. The CPU fan headers are non-standard. There’s a separate power connector for the memory banks with a proprietary connector. The list goes on.

The motherboard mounting holes do not match up with the corresponding holes in the case’s motherboard tray. You need to drill and tap new holes for enough screws to hold the board.
