My budget is $70 CDN.

So far I have considered these two SSDs:

1. Timetec
2. Silicon power

Which one is more durable(TBW, MTBF) ?

Anything else in this price range that you recommend ?

Which company is likely to be more receptive to a warranty replacement?

TBW and MTBF is mostly irrelevant.
In normal consumer use, you will never ever reach that TBW number before it ages out of the warranty.
MTBF only counts in fleetwide statistics.

'Timetec; is a company I've not heard of, at all.
So between those two, Silicon Power.
