I want to buy the card as soon as possible and for a budget of €150.

I want the graphics card for-Watching HD Movies and Tv Shows, Final Fantasy, PS2 games,

My power supply is 500w, I have 4gb DDR3 ram, My mobo is MSI 870a-g54,Monitor is 22", My case is the Centurion 5 II Cooling Master and I am running Windows 7.

I would prefer to order from a website in Ireland.

I'd get a Radeon HD 6850. Your PSU is enough and it is within your budget. You'll just need to find an irish site that sells it.
