The link below has the photo of my PC parts (My PC is an hp Elite 8300 MT PC)
i wanted to know that can i install Radeon R7 370 on my motherboard? A GT 640 is currently installed on the right side above the bottom currently.
Another question is hat can i also upgrade the PSU to Corsair VS450?

RADEON R7 370 requires a 500 watt power supply.

The ELITE 8300 MICROTOWER uses a 320 watt proprietary non-standard power supply. HP P/N#611483-001

That HP model use Small Form Factor.

I would recommend using HP PartSurfer for upgrades for it.

I would recommend buying a bare PC case for a retail boxed motherboard. An ATX mid-tower or mini-tower are popular models. They fit ATX and micro-ATX retail boxed motherboards unlike your present model.
