Looking for a complete list of phone-homes in SP4.

I've been meaning to instll SP4, but I've always been bothered that the EULA doens't give you a complete list of phone-home programs. It just says "An example of this feature etc etc". Goodle just turns up a list of SP4 anounements, where the "AUTOMATIC INTERNET-BASED SERVICES." part of the EULA is pasted, and the MS site has no list either.

Is there anyone whos made a complete list of the these automatic internet services? I'd like to know what they're doing and how to shut off ones I don't like.
