Looking for a computer monitor

So I'm building a mid-range gaming build and I need a monitor to go with this set up. I'm looking for a 22" screen and the primary application will be gaming. Does anyone have a recommendations?

I would go with this if you want to game at 60+ fps without tearing.

I'm afraid the cheapest 120-144Hz monitor is $237 🙁

I like the first but is there any chance that you know of something comparable but for less? Around $150 would be nice.
