Looking for A Computer With 80 FPS On CS:GO While Streaming / Recording

Hi guys im looking for a PC that will run CS:GO 70 FPS While Streaming / Recording

Buget:750$ (Anything above for me is a bit overkill)

If you dont play CS:GO It uses ALOT of CPU Power so keep that in mind if you want to help me

Note: I like to run all settings low , I just want a 5 FPS boost

UPDATE: I would love to play Fallout 4 and BO3 at 70 FPS while Rec / Streaming and some other next gen titles. Also im a bit picky on price as I want something around 730 / 780 $

you don't need a watercooled PC, you don't even need to overclock your PC, really. overclocking doesn't give much of a performance boost.

Yes you can but then you'd have to downgrade your CPU to a i5 4460. If you keep the 4690k, which I recommend and the GTX 970, it would be around 50 bucks over your $750 budget.

You won't be able to overclock because it isn't a Z97 motherboard , H97 does not allow overclocking. And if you were to overclock you would need an aftermarket cooler
