Hi guys.

So im about to build my first game computer ever. Im planning to get:

Ryzen 2600
2x8 gb 3000mhz
B450 carbon pro ac
Rx vega 56 msi air boost

Ive heard the vega 56 air boost temperature may be at 70-80. Is there any good cooler for this. If there is a better gpu than the air boost model please feel free to suggest (but a good gpu for 1440p gaming and not too expensive).

Thanks!

I happen to like blower cpu coolers.
They get heat directly out the back of your case quickly.
Fan type coolers do well in an open test bed, but in a case, case cooling needs to deal with the heat.
80c. is a common target operating point for graphics cards.
They are built to tolerate heat.
I would not try to change out a gpu cooler unless you run it first and see if you actually have a problem.
Regardless, you need a case with adequate fresh air intake.

That said, the nvidia options will perform as well and use less power than the amd equivalents.
GTX1070ti is about comparable in performance to the vega 56.

Any of the triple fan cards would be better than that blower, In the US the Asus AREZ STRIX is cheaper than the MSI Air Boost . Another option would be the RTX 2060. Performance is similar to better depending on the game and it uses less power, creates less heat and is usually cheaper than the Vega 56.
The one you sent is expensive in my country especially with VAT and comes out at 3200 TRY which is 600$. The asus rog strix rtx 2060 is 2600 TRY which is ~480$. Dunno if thats worth.

What do you actually mean with fresh air intake? And also looked for the 1070 Ti but the price is ridiculous compared to the air boost. 900 TRY difference which is ~165$.
