I saw this one from this thread (also here in tomshardware):

HOWEVER there are some issues that I see (for me)
1.Can I replace the H60 with a more "updated" (better performing cooling wise/noise wise)closed loop water cooling since its more than 6 months since that thread (brand is irrelevant as long as it performs better but if it lights up even better and please don't put the H80i while it may fit the bill and even is sometimes considered "the best" 120mm rad cooler its too big and will block one of the exhaust fans up top) that also will allow me to overclock AT LEAST 4.0Ghz on my Haswell 4670K chip
2.Know of any case fans that are 140mm fans that are "clear" that DOESN'T have LED lights on them because I'll be putting them on the side panel (since mine is a window version) I found masscool ones but you might know something I don't and I'm just wondering
3.What fans should I use on the other 140/120mm ones that has good airflow/noise ratio? no led lightings please since I will be using a NZXT HUE anyways
