Looking for a CPU cooler under 160mm and PWM (4 pins)

Hey, I'm looking to replace my CoolerMaster Hyper N520 with another tower cooler that would have 4 pin PWM support, and be less than or equal to 160mm in height (heatsink and fan included). As for RAM, I'm using a 4x4 Corsair Vengeance DDR3 memory with the tall decoration fins, so that may make clearance an issue.

What coolers do you guys suggest?

Cryorig H7 is probably the best at 145mm.

Arctic Freezer 33, at 150mm tall, is better choice than H7 since H7 has shot lifespan sleeve bearing fan and 3 years of warranty while Freezer 33 has long lifespan fluid-dynamic bearing fan and 6 years of warranty. Not to mention that Freezer 33 stock fan is semi-passive and it also has PWM sharing technology (meaning that stock fan has Y-splitter to add 2nd PWM fan). Just like H7, Freezer 33 doesn't have any RAM clearance issues,

Arctic Freezer 33 and i32 have same performance while Freezer i32 only has Intel bracket but Freezer 33 comes with Intel and AMD brackets.
In my Skylake build (full specs with pics in my sig), my CPU is cooled by Freezer i32.
