Looking for a CPU cooler.

Hey guys, so I'm upgrading my brother's old PC that is used for minor gaming and I'm looking for a CPU cooler to replace the stupid loud stock one on the FX 8350. The problem is that he has a case with a top mounted PSU and most of the good budget heat sinks like the 212 Evo can't fit. I was looking at stuff like http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186035&cm_re=arctic_cooling_alpine-_-35-186-035-_-Product that have the same style as the stock one but if you have anything in mind tell me. Requirements are to be quiet (most important) and to cool the FX 8350 well. Keep in mind it is at stock speed and I don't plan to OC it for him because it's not needed.

Can't you turn the 212 around so it would be vertical facing.

Huh? Why do you think coolers like the 212 Evo wouldnt fit just because the PSU is top mounted?
Even the NH-D15 would fit, unless the mainboard has such a bad layout that the heatsink would pass over the mainboard. What mainboard is it?
