Looking For A CPU & MOBO For my GPU?

I'm looking for a processor that won't bottleneck my gpu and a good motherboard that won't burst into flames if I overclock, anyhelp. This is for a gaming build.

EDIT: I don't want to go over $200 on the cpu and keep it under $100 on the mobo
