Looking for a decent, cheap little CPU for mother-in-law

My mother-in-law has asked me to build her a PC since she saw the gaming PC I built myself. Thing is I dont know a lot about low end parts. Im trying to start with choosing a CPU. She doesnt need anything special. She'll be playing flash games, watching movies and general computing. Ive been looking at the AMD Athlon II X2 370K as it seems alright and is only around $50 but have been seeing mixed reviews. Is this good or can you recommend something better for cheap?

Why not get her an APU? Probably cheaper as well.

Any FM2 socket motherboard

I was thinking that. Probably a lot better. I was looking at the A4 3300 and up for those buy wasnt sure what would be my best bet. The 3300 is only $40. I was looking at comparable Intels too, like an Intel Celeron G540. Would you definitely recommend the 5300 though?

For what you described, any AMD APU will suffice. She will also be able to play games on any of them, obviously not as good as a pc with a beefy graphics card, but that's not really the point of the build I would imagine.
