Looking for a Decent Intel Motherboard for Under $ 200

After having (or while i'm having) major issues with my MSI Z77A GD55, I've basically come to my wits end with MSI. As the thread title says, i'm looking for a decent mobo for under $ 200. Preferably ASUS, or Gigabyte. LGA 1155. Thanks.

I did some digging, and came up with the ASUS P8Z77-V LK and the GIGABYTE GA-Z77X-D3H . Are these decent choices? I honestly don't know much about motherboards.

Update: Boxing Day is tomorrow and i'd like to have a mobo in mind, anyone, help?
