Looking for a external hdd enclosure 3-4 bays

Hey Im trying to find an external hdd enclosure/bay that can hold up to 3 or 4 hdd drives *not necessary but if its 5in bays that support fans that would be nice for dvd drive BUT NOT NECESSARY.

Does anyone have any good suggestions for one that uses:
-esata or lan (NAS)
-fans
-reliable
-not over kill on the wallet *under 400

I have no use for raid if that makes a difference.
