Looking for a fast boot drive (ssd) under $100

Basically Im looking to purchase an ssd with 80+ gigabytes of storage to use as a boot drive for windows 7, but I may be upgrading to windows 10 in the future. I need it to be fast but also very reliable and especially resistant to dust (I only clean out my pc once a year). I would like it to be under $100, preferably. Thx.

All modern SSDs are 'fast', I doubt you'll see any difference going from say a cheap modern SSD to a Samsung 850 Pro.
SSDs don't care about dust except for heat. They don't get very warm unless you get a fast PCI express SSD. SATA ones don't need cooling really.

Get a 250GB 850 EVO or 500GB no downsides.

I enede up going with an 850 EVO 120 gb, it works amazingly, btw my name is Quentin as well.
