Looking for a free Motorola Xir M3000 series programming software

I have purchased a couple of new Motorola xir m3688 Base Radios but I still dont have the programming software.
Can anyone help me where can i download its software for free?

It's not a free software. You will need to contact Motorola to to purchase it.
