Looking For a Full 1920 x 1080 Monitor

HI, im looking for a Monitor which is well, full 1920x1080p resolution, I cant find many for some reason but I'm looking for one which Is around £170 and under if that's possible, I have an AOC Monitor at the moment but when I set it to 1920x1080 resolution it sticks black lines that are quite thick around the whole screen, my resolution at the moment is 1680x1050, I should mention I use a HDMI?!

Thank you very much, so if i was to get this monitor http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-monitor-vx248h , does that mean when i put it in Full 1920x1080 it will have no black lines around the screen, thanks again!
