Looking for a gaming computer to run games like dayZ for under $900

I'm looking for a gaming pc under $900 that can run games like dayZ at a good fps, no lag, and good settings. I made a build and I wanna know if it could run dayZ on medium or high settings and if I could improve the parts I chose for the pc to make it better and still be under $900. I made 2 builds and I wanna know which is better and if they aren't good enough and if you could fix one of the builds and still keep it under $900 please do it!

That said, your 1st build is pretty solid. Don't forget a CD/DVD Drive if you need one. You might also be able to find a [still good but] cheaper PSU if you shop around more.

If you don't care about overclocking then there are some changes that can be made.

Cooler: Don't go for a liquid cooler, you won't find a good one at that price. For $30 the CM 212 Evo is a great air cooler, for a good liquid cooler you would need to spend $50+.
PSU: 700w is overkill for the system, a good quality 550w (like the xfx above) would be enough for a single GPU system. 750w is needed for a 2 GPU system.
GPU: the r9 270x would give you more performance than the gtx 750 ti, it is basically a renamed HD 7870.
