Thanks for your time. :)

Solution
If you're not buying until January, look for your build list then. Prices between now and then will probably not even be comparable. Individual model number pricing on components changes for good or bad daily, much less two weeks from now, however, something like this might be a good framework.

If you can stretch the budget a bit more you could move to a 4690k, GTX 970 or a little better case but this configuration is very capable as is.

Solution
Thanks for the quick response darkbreeze.

This build looks decent and I probably would stretch to have the 4690K. Out of curiosity, would that memory work alright with the motherboards 1800 (O.C) capacity?

That memory should work just fine.

And you might consider either the ASUS Z97-A or Gigabyte Gaming 5 boards as well depending on your preferences. That board supports any memory configuration 4 x DIMM, Max. 32GB, DDR3 3000(O.C.)/2933(O.C.)/2800(O.C.)/2666(O.C.)/2600(O.C.)/2500(O.C.)/2400(O.C.)/2200(O.C.)/2133(O.C.)/2000(O.C.)/1866(O.C.)/1800(O.C.)/1600/1333 MHz Non-ECC, Un-buffered Memory
