looking for a gaming graphic card 100 $

I need help in buying a decent graphic card for Gaming and full HD movies ( I live in India and my budget is around 6000 INR /100 USD)
My specs are as follows-

AMD phenom II X61075T processor 3 GHz
Gigabyte 890 GPA UD3H mother board
8 GB RAM
64 bit operating system running Windows 8.1
Dell 22 inch monitor
So far i have seen
Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5450
ATI R7 240
Please help me find the best compatible card ,Thank you

Thanks man... will all latest games be able to play? ,cuz most of them would require a minimum of 2GB .

they will play, but not at high settings.

that is much slower, and will perform worse, even though is has more vram. i just found this card http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-r7260x2gd5oc it is the same as the one i posted above, but with more vram 😛
