Looking for a gaming laptop under 700$ to 800$?

I am looking for a gaming laptop to play games at high or medium settings.
My budget is between 700$ to 800$
Basically want to play new titles and some games like RDR2 or Forza or COD Battlefield etc.
I don't know much about gaming laptops as it will be my first buy. So any help would be greatly appreciated.

I personally have the Acer nitro 5, and I think that it's a very solid gaming laptop. It sometimes gets a little loud, but that hasn't really posed an issuse to me. Btw, which region are you in?

Your limited budget may actually keep you out of trouble.
I see many complaints about gaming laptops not performing well.
Usually gaming while plugged in.
One common cause is thermal throttling.
Laptop coolers must, of necessity be small and light.
They are also relatively underpowered.

Look for a unit with good cooling airflow.

You usually can do better with your budget if you build a gaming desktop.
Today, that may not be true because of the price of discrete graphics cards.
