Looking for a Gaming PC for Overwatch

Hello! I am looking for someone to steer me in the right direction for a gaming PC build in order to run overwatch at max settings at 1080p resolution.

I don't have a monitor nor do I have a copy of windows.

I'd prefer not to pay more than 1000 dollars for this, the cheaper the better to be honest. I've never built a computer before so I don't know what is too much or too little.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

raise another 200bucks...and u can play all games at high settings for the next 5 yrs...
or u can adjust/compromise on some parts as per ur wish...

you could lower the cost by finding some sale/used items such as the case... there are other OS too that would be cheaper and the hard drive doesn't HAVE to be 2 TB could be just 1 TB. I actually have a friend who is a overwatch gamer and is using a 500 GB drive and getting great performance (xD I know [that being said I wouldn't go that low])

Is there any build that you guys could recommend to the tune of something a little bit cheaper? I appreciate the build advice so far, but I think that's out of my price range. I'm not looking to play that many games on this rig, I want something that is cheap, has room for upgrading in the future if I want too, and can run overwatch really well. My current system can barely do it.
