Looking for a Gaming PC that will run Arma 3 at high fps on good settings - Budget around £850-900

Basically I'm looking for a new gaming PC, primarily for Arma 3 and I'm not the smartest with building computers (it kind of confuses me) but I would like to look into buying a pc that will run Arma 3 on High-Ultra settings at good FPS and will be reliable of course the FPS could vary due to how the system works on multi-player where it depends on the servers FPS too but a decent build is what I'm looking for! If you could help me that would be much appreciated. My budget is also around £850 - 900 so I hope that is enough to get a good pc!
