For longevity, I would be going for the 1: Ryzen 1600 system.

Graphics cards move on at a much faster rate, so that can potentially be changed in the future when better ones come out, but having the R5 1600 as the base platform is a smarter move than any current i5, in my opinion.

But they problem is that ryzen 1600 In my Country doesn't have any warranty....

I am getting a branded pc which is used 1 week warranty.
Core i5 6 gen , h110m mobo and 4GB RAM, Ram will be upgraded to 12 GB.
Now that branded pc i am getting for 36k and 1080 8gb used is in 50k in my country, So that would be better??

Or should i buy everything New?

CPUs don't really need a warranty, they rarely have anything go wrong with them that isn't user error.

So i should go for Ryzen 1600,???
total cost will be
ryzen 1600 = 27k
b350m = 10k
8gb ram=6k
psu=6k
casing=5k

total =55k

and for 50k i can get a Used 1080 8GB ..

So is it good??

I just want to ask is 1080 8GB worth it as i will not do gaming at 1440, only at 1080p.
And people saying dx13 will be coming out soon..
