Looking for a gaming pc

I'm looking for a gaming pc that I can record and photoshop that can get good fps like 160-160-200 with no drop well recording and that is cheap around 800 nz or less prefer less

Put simply, unless you only plan to play LoL and Minecraft on it, you're not getting anywhere near those framerates with that budget.
