Looking for a glossy IPS monitor for programming and some gaming

I'm building a PC and can't decide on a monitor. I will use it mainly for programming and secondly for gaming, although I'll connect it to a Sony Bravia 4K Android TV when gaming. Text readability and clarity of the display is super important for me, hence there aouldn't be any fuzziness or grainyness.

I actually love the iMac's 21.5" 4K display but want an upgradable computer. That monitor is perfect, I'd really really love to find something like it: glossy and nongrainy, great resolution, bright popping colors. The problem is that most monitors today are matte. My eyes can easily see fuzziness and grainyness on matte displays and it really bothers my eye sight and hinders reading.

I'm aiming at the following specs:
- Glossy (No grains)
- IPS for better colors and viewing angles
- 1080p (Max. 22") or 4K (Absolute Max. 27" but preferrably smaller)

So far I've only found 3 possible contenders. I've been looking at the Dell S2240M and S2216M. Most peple say the former is glossy but some say it's matte. The description does say it's glossy. So I can't be completely sure. The latter and newer one is described as "glossy with low-haze coating". I also can't be sure that it will actually not show fuzziness. Only one person has mentioned this in the Amazon reviews.

I've also looked at the Acer H226HQL, but it doesn't even tilt. I'd prefer a bit more flexibility regarding the stand.

Recommendatios would be MUCH appreciated!

How about an HP Pavilion 27bw (https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c03618446)? It's a IPS, glossy, 1080p, and 27" monitor which I grew up using. I didn't use the monitor when doing programming as I used my laptop and its monitor for that but I can say that reading text on this monitor is as clear as daylight. The only problem is that is model isn't sold anymore (unless found on eBay or such) but other models such as the xw should do as well.
