Looking for a good 200mm fan.

Im trying to get a new fan for my 650D case. I'm looking for a silent fan with decent CFM. The dimensions of the fan must be 200x200x20, x30 is to big for what I want to do with it. I should mention it is for intake. I have been looking for a couple of days now but haven't really found anything good.

The XIGMATEK fan can only be mounted in one direction which in my case would be exhaust and I need intake. For the Aerocool fan, Ive never heard anything about the brand... So im a little worried about the quality of the fan.
