Question Looking for a good 34" curved monitor for work and some light gaming

Hi fellas,

I'm looking for a good curved 34" monitor for work and gaming. I only play strategy and RPG games so I don't really need a 144Hz refresh rate.

I would prefer not to have speakers in the monitor, since they are almost always very crappy.
I do a heavy workload in 3D max and Auto CAD.

I'm currently torn between 2 LG 34" monitors: LG 34UC98-W and LG 34UC88-B.
If there is a better IPS panel than these 2, don't be shy to recommend. My budget is 800 EUR.

for gaming there is Asus . for everything else there is samsung

Erm, not really, Samsung panels are ok, but LG is way better. Asus is just overpriced, you are paying for a brand name and a gamer tag.
