Looking for a good card

Hello. I want to upgrade my current GPU(gts 250) to a new NVIDIA one. I have a q9550 and 8GB of OCZ PLATINUM 800mHZ ram. What card should I go for? Also, i have a Samsung 840 EVO ssd if that makes a difference
