Looking for a good color calibration tool

Hey guys i need help with one issue, i need a good color calibration tool that is free, i have an asus zenbook ux501 laptop with 8gb ram, gtx 960m graphics, and 1080p display. just incase you need these specs.

I've typically done it by hand with the help of this page: http://www.lagom.nl/lcd-test/

Calibrize is a free software tool I've heard of for this, but I have not ever tried it.
