This is my current computer build:

So I need a cpu/motherboard that would be a a nice upgrade that is not terribly expensive. Its hard to say exactly what my budget is but at least under 200$ but preferably cheaper if possible. I have been told my current mother board is not compatible with any cpus other then the one I have which is why I am looking for a new one other wise I would just be buying a new cpu. (feel free to correct me if I am wrong) But other wise just make sure the cpu/mother board will work properly with all the parts I currently have in my build. I look forward to seeing your suggestions.

Solution
P8H61 MX USB 3.0 Is Micro ATX and is a 1155 Socket that I use perfectly.
Try an i5 3570k if you can :) It is very efficient for clocking and is a a quad-core.
