Looking for a Good FastDL Host

Does anyone know of a free/less than $5 a month web host that has FTP, and is near the east coast? I want to make a fastdl for my GMod Servers, and I found a bunch, but I'm not really sure if they're very good. I saw Ipage, hostgator, which are paid, and saw host-ed which is free, but is in Europe i think. Thanks for any help!
