Looking for a good free word doc program.

Hey all,

Whats a good word doc program that can be had for free these days? Something for typing and spreadsheets and that kind of stuff that doesn't put a bunch of bloatware on my new PC.

Apache OpenOffice is a good alternative to Microsoft Office, though it's lacking a few new features, but it's still pretty good.

Libre and open office are the ones that most use. I'm an open office person myself, but I know most have moved onto Libre. I say you can't go wrong in either case.

how about MS office for free?? since you already know how to use it and nothing to install to your pc. just requires a MS account which most have these days.

go here https://products.office.com/en-us/office-online/documents-spreadsheets-presentations-office-online and pick the program you want to use, sign in and it'll pop right up

and because the files are saved online you can access them from anywhere you have net access. no thumbdrive needed
