Looking for a good HDTV to use for PS4 and PC

So its time to retire my old TV its only 720p and was great for last gen, but I'm looking into getting a HDTV that I can also use as a computer monitor because well I want a bigger monitor, and it would be killing 2 birds with one stone. I'm looking for a model thats 1080p and 120hz for my PC fps games. I'm looking at around 32 inch those are prices pretty fair from what I've seen problem is. I know there a certain TV's because of Certain things that are better then others like input lag and stuff. I wanna try to keep it under $350 if possible if anyone goes any suggestions of models that would be great! thank you

hmm I looked into the vizio according to what I read it had a lot of input lag. I looking into the other one right now thanks for the recommendations!
