1) "surround" is pointless, you literally cannot get better than two channel audio in a headphone, no matter what the marketing idiots say.
2) You don't want a "background canceling mic" (active canceller), those things are seriously expensive and usually meant for newscasters and pilots. What you want is simply a mic that's closer to you than anything else, and if you have noisy surroundings (or loud keyboard), a directional mic
3) Given the above, try the HD518 line (518/558/598) with a modmic unidirectional, or maybe a G4ME One/Zero
