Looking for a Good Media Desktop

Hello everyone, I am looking for a good medium-range desktop mainly for storing/listening to music (over 5,000 songs and growing). I am looking to spend between $500-$600 dollars and I was wondering if anyone had advice on what brand would best suit my needs and also what model would work best. Thanks!

EDIT: If the PC doesn't include a monitor the tower would have to be around the $400 range to give room to purchase one separately.
